RV Routes for Fall Foliage: Maine’s Coastal Route 1
“Old Route 1” in Maine meanders along the coastline through the charming towns of Brunswick, Bath, and Rockport. The drive on Route 1 from Portland to Camden takes just over 2 hours and offers plenty of stops to visit lighthouses, eat lobster rolls, and take in all the colors of autumn. Connecticut’s Route 7
Connecticut’s Route 7 starts near Norwalk and heads due north. You will drive through a peaceful, rural landscape surrounded by the reds, yellows, and oranges of the changing leaves. End at Kent Falls State Park which offers hiking trails and an impressive 250-foot waterfall.
Massachusetts’s Mohawk Trail
The Mohawk Trail is a historical Native American trade route that traverses the northeast corner of Massachusetts. New Hampshire’s Kancamagus Highway

Vermont’s Route 100
